Ingredients
Recipe 1:
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 cup walnuts
1 cup dates, pitted
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Recipe 2:
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 cup almonds
1 cup raisins
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Add oats to a food processor and blend for a few seconds.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until everything is chopped finely.
Mixture should easily be able to stick together to form bars. If the mixture is too crumbly add more dates/raisins or a tsp of water at a time!
Form and roll mixture into bars. You can also add the mixture to an 8x8 pan or loaf pan and press firmly.
Place bars into a refrigerator and allow them to set for at least one hour.
Store in an airtight container for 3-5 days or freeze.
