About the Recipe

Ingredients
-1 cup of dates
-1 cup of cashews
-1 cup of dried strawberries
Preparation
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until finely chopped.
The mixture should be able to stick together easily to form bars. If it's too crumbly, add more dates or a teaspoon of water gradually!
Shape the mixture into bars by rolling it. Alternatively, press the mixture firmly into an 8x8 pan or loaf pan.
Refrigerate the bars for at least one hour to set.
Store in an airtight container for 3-5 days or freeze.
