Sheet Pan Pancakes (Homemade)

About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 2 tsp baking soda

  • pinch of salt

  • 1 1/2 cups of milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 4 tbsp butter, melted

  • 2 eggs

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

  2. In a large bow, add the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.

  3. In the same bowl, add the rest of the ingredients (wet ingredients) to the same bowl and gently whisk until combined.

  4. Line a baking sheet (about a 11x17) with parchment paper or butter/oil the pan.

  5. Pour the pancake batter onto the baking sheet. Spread evenly with a spatula. Add toppings if desired!

  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until fork comes out clean.

  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before cutting. Use a pizza or cookie cutters to cut into shapes/slices.
