About the Recipe

Simple ingredients, easy directions, and links for what I used. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 and 1/2 cups milk

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a large baking pan (mine is 11×17-inch) with parchment paper.

  2. In a mixing bowl, add all the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar. Whisk until combined.

  3. Add the butter, eggs, and milk to the dry ingredients. Whisk until combined.

  4. Pour batter into the baking pan.

  5. Let the batter set in the pan for 5 minutes to level.

  6. Add toppings! Cut fruit, chocolate chips, sprinkles, etc.

  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  8. Let cool and use a pizza cuter to cut into squares.

  9. Add leftovers to a reusable bag or ziplock bag. Use wax paper to layer the pancakes then freeze!

  10. Warm the pancakes on the stove for 30 seconds to 1 minute on each side. Enjoy!
