Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk of choice

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 2 tbsps peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup spinach

  • 1-2 tbsps oats (optional)

  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend! Add more milk for desired consistency.
