Ingredients
1/2 cup milk of choice
1 frozen banana
2 tbsps peanut butter
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup spinach
1-2 tbsps oats (optional)
1 tbsp honey (optional)
Preparation
Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend! Add more milk for desired consistency.
