About the Recipe
Simple ingredients, easy directions, and links for what I used. Enjoy!

Ingredients
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, softened
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
1.5 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, dry
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 375°.
In a large bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, and butter. Use a hand or stand mixer on low speed to blend them until creamy.
Add the flour, baking powder, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until the batter is smooth and well combined.
Carefully fold in the blueberry with a rubber spatula.
Once the batter is thoroughly mixed and the blueberries are evenly spread, it's ready to be placed into the muffin tin.
Bake at 375° for 13-15 minutes.
