About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 2/3 cup honey

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2.5 cups rolled oats

  • 1/4 cup raisins

  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Combine the creamy peanut butter, honey, and vanilla in a large bowl and stir.

  2. Incorporate the remaining dry ingredients and continue mixing until well blended.

  3. Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper and pour in the mixture. Press down firmly to create an even layer.

  4. Refrigerate for about an hour before slicing into bars.

  5. Keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
