Fruit and Veggie Pops

About the Recipe

Ingredients

Red:

  • 1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen

  • 1 cup watermelon

  • 1/2 - 1 cup water

  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)


Yellow:

  • 2 cups mango, fresh or frozen

  • 1 cup coconut water, unflavored and unsweetened

  • 1/4 cup cucumber, seedless

  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice


Green:

  • 1/2 cup juice from oranges

  • 3/4 cup pineapple, fresh or frozen

  • 1/2 cup spinach


Orange:

  • 1/2 cups strawberries, fresh or frozen

  • 1/4 cup mango, fresh or frozen

  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)

  • 1/2-1 cup water


*You might need less water when using fresh fruit instead of frozen

*Honey is optional, but certain frozen fruits might require a touch of sweetness


Preparation

  1. Add the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add more liquid, such as water or juice.

  2. Transfer the mixture into a popsicle mold or popsicle bags and freeze for at least 3 hours or overnight.
