About the Recipe
Simple ingredients, easy directions, and links for what I used. Enjoy!
Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
1 ripe medium avocado
1/2 cup yogurt (I did greek but plain works too!)
3 tbsps cocoa power
3-4 tbsps maple syrup
milk of choice (optional)
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend. If the mixture is too thick, add a tbsp of milk at a time.
Pour into popsicle mold and freeze overnight!
Here are the molds, I used! I linked our favorites that are toddler friendly meaning they are the perfect serving size! The first set has a non-drip guard with a toddler friendly handle. The second is super easy to pop out of the tray!
